Senior IT Analyst

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

Retail & Mobile Payments - a strategic initiative in the financial sector focused on modernizing and optimizing payment systems in alignment with international standards such as SEPA and ISO 20022. You will play a key role in driving the IT requirements process, laying the groundwork for future system design and development.

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and technical role that requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to bridge business and technology.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 8+ years of experience in IT projects

• 3+ years of experience as IT Analyst or Requirements Engineer

• Background in IT Analysis and/or software development

• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and documentation

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Proven ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems

• Strong knowledge of SQL 

• Experience with Data Mapping and Migration

• Proficiency in Process Modelling (e.g., BPMN, UML)

• Experience in UI prototyping and design

• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferable experience:

• Knowledge of payment systems, SEPA, ISO 20022 standards and messages

• Experience in banking or financial domain
