Senior IT Analyst

Salary: 110 - 135 PLN net/h + VAT on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

As an Senior IT Analyst, you will join to the Agile team at our client from the financial services industry. The team is focused on data enablement, working on an in-house developed data layer that acts as an interface between a Hadoop platform and the Adobe Experience Platform. You’ll be part of a high-impact project in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Working closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and product managers
• Analyzing and gathering requirements from various stakeholders with different levels of technical knowledge
• Designing and managing relational database structures and processes
• Writing advanced SQL queries to support data analysis and integration between platforms
• Ensuring efficient data flows between the Hadoop ecosystem and Adobe Experience Platform
• Supporting the team in data architecture design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries, joins, subqueries, and nested queries
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (Hadoop/HDFS)
• Strong understanding of database schema design
• Ability to create and manage tables, views, and indexes
• Knowledge of keys, constraints, and performance optimization techniques
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Nice-to-have - experience working with big data technologies
