Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Quality Assurance and proven expertise in the global banking sector. The role involves working on projects for one of the world’s leading financial institutions, supporting the delivery of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and client services. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting both development and QA teams in delivering high-quality financial technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Map business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Create functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

• Collaborate with QA teams on designing test cases and validating solutions.

• Actively participate in UAT, support defect analysis, and help prioritize issues.

• Ensure best practices in business analysis and quality assurance are applied across projects.

• Work closely with project teams (Agile/Scrum), IT departments, and business representatives.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of banking processes (payments, settlements, regulatory compliance).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong command of English (international work environment).

And... (as nice to have):

• Professional certifications such as ISTQB, IIBA, or equivalent.

• Experience with test automation tools.

• Knowledge of core banking systems and reporting tools
