Project

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join an international regulatory reporting initiative focused on ESG Pillar III reporting development. The role involves end-to-end reporting development activities with a strong focus on data analysis, calculation engine requirement refinement, and formulation of functional requirements. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment, supporting regulatory reporting processes and driving data quality improvements.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements

• Translate business needs into clear and testable functional specifications

• Refine calculation engine requirements and reporting logic

• Apply relevant standards and regulatory frameworks

• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions

• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions across teams

• Analyze enterprise-level data flows and reporting chains

• Perform reverse engineering analysis of legacy logic and undocumented processes

• Identify data issues, investigate root causes, and propose improvements

• Collaborate closely with business, IT, and operations teams

• Continuously develop and share knowledge within the team

Expected competences and knowledge

• Senior-level experience in ESG Pillar III reporting development or strong senior experience in related Finrep reporting development

• Deep understanding of enterprise-level data flows and reporting processes

• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data logic across multiple layers

• Experience in identifying data inconsistencies and proposing effective solutions

• Ability to perform reverse engineering and analyze legacy systems/processes

• Strong root-cause analysis capabilities across systems and data pipelines

• Critical thinking and ability to challenge existing solutions

• Ability to explain complex technical and data-related topics in a business-friendly manner

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and IT teams

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new domains, systems, and regulatory requirements

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities
