Senior System Analyst

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst with 8+ years of experience in system analysis, strongly focused on gathering and interpreting user needs and translating them into clear, developer-ready specifications. You will work closely with selected bank departments and a delivery team (Developers, Testers, Product Owner) in an Agile/Scrum environment, shaping solutions from requirements through testing and go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business units to collect, clarify and document requirements; support users during business requirement definition

• Prepare functional and system solution concepts: process design, UI mock-ups, business rules modelling, etc.

• Participate in technical solution design and ensure alignment between business needs and implementation

• Support users during testing and coordinate activities leading to deployment/go-live

• Collaborate closely with the delivery team (Developers, QA, Product Owner) in Scrum

Must-have skills & experience

• 8+ years in system analysis with proven project experience in requirements engineering

• Strong integration background: SOA, Web Services, REST, plus tools like SOAP UI and/or Postman

• Experience designing microservice-based solutions and documenting REST APIs using Swagger / YAML

• Strong IT systems modelling skills

• Very good knowledge of UML

• Hands-on experience with at least one CASE tool (preferably Enterprise Architect)

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Understanding of distributed systems architecture

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, especially within lending/credit domain

• Experience designing credit processes
