Project

---

You will join the Language Intelligence team, responsible for building and scaling intelligent solutions supporting language-driven features within the product ecosystem. The team works in a cross-functional setup, closely collaborating with Product, UX, and Business stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of system components, ensuring high-quality code and reliable delivery. You will actively participate in technical discussions, support architectural decisions, and help align technical solutions with business requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful product features and contribute to the evolution of intelligent, scalable systems.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Min. 4 years of experience with Kotlin
• Basic experience and strong interest in AI-driven solutions, specifically LLM integration and Agentic Systems/Frameworks
• Ability to design and implement complex features and system components
• Strong ownership of delivered solutions (code quality, stability, scalability, observability)
• Experience making architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs
• Ability to identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt
• Product-oriented mindset - evaluating technical choices through user impact

• High level of autonomy and accountability

 

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Cloud environments (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes
• Experience working in large-scale, distributed systems
• Cross-team collaboration experience in complex organizational environments

• Experience providing technical consultancy and knowledge sharing
