ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible

Work Model: 100% remote 

Contract Type: B2B (180-200 PLN/h + VAT)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer (with good command of German)  to support the end‑to‑end design and implementation of an integrated SAP SuccessFactors + ServiceNow HRSD ecosystem. This role will focus on building scalable employee service experiences by leveraging SuccessFactors as the core HR system of record and ServiceNow HRSD as the enterprise service delivery layer.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge, ESC, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.

• Build employee-facing workflows and experiences aligned with SuccessFactors data structures and HR operational processes.

• Collaborate with integration teams to support data exchange between SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, including employee data, org structures, and HR events.

• Develop HR workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

  
  

Expectations

• Hands-on ServiceNow Development experience with strong expertise in HRSD (Case, Knowledge, ESC, Lifecycle Events).

• Good command of German

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, and data transformation logic.

• Solid understanding of HR processes and HR data models such as Employee Central structures, onboarding, position changes, and employee movements.

• Familiarity with integration tools such as IntegrationHub, middleware platforms, and SAP SuccessFactors data flows
