09 Functional Consultant

• Configure and implement o9 Solutions in line with business requirements, ensuring the platform is effectively adapted to the organization’s specific needs.

• Tailor planning setups and workflows to maximize system efficiency and overall performance.

• Analyze, design, and enhance operational workflows to drive greater efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Build intuitive user interfaces and action buttons that enhance usability and create a seamless user experience.

• Improve solver performance to achieve more accurate outcomes and faster processing times.

• Develop clear, comprehensive reports and dashboards to support stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and translating requirements into actionable deliverables.

• Support Client Success teams in resolving complex production challenges, contributing expertise in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to o9 Solutions, ensuring minimal disruption and timely fixes.

• Lead and mentor a team of o9 Configuration Consultants, providing direction, coaching, and ongoing support.

• Monitor and review team deliverables to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across implementations.

• Promote a collaborative, forward-thinking team culture focused on innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with supply planning, o9 Project Implementation Methodology, Python Plugins, SSIS , IBPL,SCM ,concepts - must have

• Minimum of 8 years of overall experience in supply chain solutions.

• At least 3 years of practical, hands-on experience with o9 Solutions, including:

• Planning configuration and workflow modeling

• UI design and action button development

• Procedures development

• Solver performance optimization

• Report and dashboard creation

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Client Success teams, refining user stories, and resolving complex production issues.

• Fluent English

• Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in relevant systems, tools, and technologies.

• Proven leadership experience, including team guidance and coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a consulting environment.

• Familiarity with additional supply chain management platforms.

• Certification in o9 Solutions or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of additional supply chain management software.
