Project

Project KX is building a digital banking platform for micro-SMEs in Saudi Arabia, combining quick-to-open accounts and core banking functions with integrated business tools. The platform will streamline onboarding, IBAN issuance, and digital channels, giving customers faster access to essential services with minimal administrative effort.

Designed for high scalability, KX will enable rapid rollout of new features, packaged services, and regulatory updates. With added capabilities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and cashflow insights, it aims to become a daily business hub that strengthens customer loyalty and drives recurring revenue.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position in the banking industry
• Product knowledge in the areas of payments, debit and credit cards and/or liability products
• Understanding the above-mentioned product and the mechanism of its operation on the market
• Knowledge about the technological side of banking products
• Agile experience and understanding of agility
• Fluency in speech and writing in English (at least B2 level), as you will work in an international environment

Responsibilities you'll have

• Developing and explicitly communicating Product Goal for their own product portfolio
• Carry out (continuous) discovery and strategizing work for their portfolio of products or sub-products. This includes connecting with marketing, users and customers; performing competitive analysis and follow market trends
• Stocking, prioritising, and updating the product backlog and divide it up into executable sprints
• Attending the sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings, and answering questions from the development team that might arise during the sprint
