Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on building, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale solutions based on the Pega platform. The project operates in an Agile/SAFe environment and supports complex business processes, integrations, and performance-critical applications within the financial domain.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Designing and developing user stories based on business and technical requirements

• Collaborating with Scrum Leads and stakeholders to refine requirements and solution approaches

• Participating in design reviews with Lead System Architects (LSA), implementing feedback and improvements

• Creating technical and design documentation

• Developing and executing test cases, including performance testing

• Troubleshooting application issues, identifying bugs, bottlenecks, and performance problems

• Conducting system and performance tests to ensure scalability and stability

• Supporting integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP services

• Working independently on assigned tasks while actively contributing to the team

• Cooperating with other Pega teams on product-related issues and platform improvements

Expected competences and knowledge

• Pega CSSA Certification

• Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega

• Strong understanding of Agile or SAFe ways of working

• Experience with enterprise application design and development

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge and practical experience with Pega AI
