IT Transformation Manager

Salary: 600-800pln/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on managing a transformation initiative aimed at integrating IT cloud, digital workplace, and cybersecurity resources into an existing technology landscape.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Identifying and engaging key stakeholders
• Collecting and documenting requirements to develop a strategic plan that enables prioritization of activities and budgeting
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Developing business cases and securing stakeholder buy-in
• Overseeing the transition through all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing IT transformation projects
• Proven experience in IT transformation project management, preferably in IT Cloud and Microsoft 365 services
• Documented experience in leading at least one IT transformation project, including project scope, key activities, success criteria, and handover plan
• Ability to manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Strong skills in collecting and documenting transformation requirements
• Understanding of the ITIL Framework and SAFe Agile practices

 

Nice to have

• Familiarity with or hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Azure Cloud, Terraform, PaaS/IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory / Entra ID, Cloud Networks, Software Packaging, Cybersecurity
• Understanding of policies and compliance requirements in the financial sector, such as DORA
