IT Delivery Manager

Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will join a project focused on KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, which provide the framework for ensuring that the organization knows who it is doing business with, where customers’ funds originate from, and the purpose of their transactions. A robust KYC process is a key element in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF) efforts.

KYC plays a cornerstone role in the fight against Financial Crime. The mission of the project is to support strategic and compliance objectives through the delivery and maintenance of effective and efficient KYC solutions.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong technical understanding of data flows, mapping, systems, and integration patterns
• Analytical capability, especially for diagnosing failed migrations or data discrepancies
• Leadership and orchestration across multiple teams during high‑pressure cutover windows
• Decision‑making ability within a governed framework (go/no‑go checkpoints)
• Risk awareness & mitigation, especially regarding data quality, environment readiness, and process deviations

Responsibilities you'll have

• Establish and maintain the overall migration governance model and related decision‑making structures
• Oversee the technical execution of migration jobs, verifying correct sequencing, loads, transformations, and job monitoring
• Ensure the migration solution (mapping, validation, reconciliation, tooling, environments) is well‑understood and ready
• Lead or coordinate resolution of migration rejections, validation issues, and unexpected deviations
• Collaborate closely with data owners, business leads, and technology teams to assess root causes and define remediation
• Drive preparation and execution of migration trial runs, dress rehearsals, and event simulations to de‑risk the final cutover
• Ensure proper functional, data integrity, and performance testing, often coordinating with dedicated testing teams
• Act as the primary coordination point between IT, business, operations, QA/testing, and program leadership
• Facilitate real‑time communication during migration events and lead status reporting, escalations, and readiness checks
