    Job description

    Salary: 600-800 PLN/day on B2B

    Work model: elastic hybrid from Warszawa (at least 1 day per week from the office)

    We are looking for an Incident Manager to join our team and contribute to building an effective and efficient Incident Management process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring quick restoration and operational stability by engaging with internal DevOps teams, operations, and stakeholders to resolve incidents efficiently.

     

    Responsibilities you'll have

    • Act as an Incident Coordinator, ensuring effective incident resolution and continuous operational stability
    • Manage communication with multiple stakeholders, including: internal teams and product owners regarding incident prioritization, source systems to ensure data quality fixes, data-consuming systems to minimize disruptions
    • Ensure incidents are correctly prioritized based on impact, urgency, and severity
    • Drive and coordinate incident and problem resolution activities, including cross-functional root cause analysis
    • Lead incident and problem task forces, ensuring efficient problem resolution and mitigation actions
    • Ensure transparent incident reporting and proper documentation

     

    Expected competences and knowledge

    • Extensive experience in handling incidents and coordinating problem-resolution task forces
    • Strong background in IT Operations (either on IT or business side)
    • ITIL Foundation certification and experience in applying ITIL principles
    • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teamwork
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to adapt to changes and proactively drive actions
    • Experience in preparing reports and documentation
    • Strong communication skills and ability to speak up and take initiative
    • Well-structured approach to following and improving processes
    • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
    • Nice to have: Knowledge of Financial Crime Prevention and experience with SAFe or Agile frameworks
