We are looking for a service oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our global IT support team. You would be joining a team of individuals responsible for supporting and providing technical support and services to Controlant’s employees and offices globally, stationed in Wroclaw, Poland. 


What are the responsibilities? 


  • Support of our global of employees in daily IT tasks. 
  • Management of workstations and IT support. 
  • Basic management of known cloud services 
  • Setup of new IT hardware for employees 
  • Management of IT hardware in offices 
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.


What are the qualifications?


  • Customer-service oriented thinking with a solid “can do” attitude. 
  • Used to working in a ITSM ticketing system. 
  • Proven working experience as IT support or related positions  
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and MacOS management. 
  • Experience or knowledge of M365 is a must. 
  • Excellent knowledge of technical support and of end-user computer hardware/software systems. 
  • Experience with operations and support of SaaS solutions for end-users. 
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment is a plus.
