Project
You will join an international support team responsible for providing first-line IT support to end users across global locations. The role focuses on handling service requests, managing user accounts and access, and supporting standard workplace technologies.
The project operates in a structured enterprise environment, where responsiveness, communication skills, and basic technical knowledge are key to ensuring smooth daily operations for business users.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support to end users (via ticketing system, email, or chat)
Handle standard service requests related to user accounts and system access
Create, manage, and reset user accounts in Active Directory
Grant and modify access to systems, file servers, and shared resources
Support Microsoft 365 / Exchange user management (mailboxes, permissions)
Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows and Office environment
Ensure timely resolution of requests in line with SLA
Maintain clear documentation of handled requests and solutions
Expected competences and experience:
Good command of French (min. B2)- daily communication with users
Good command of English (min. B2)
Basic knowledge of IT environment and end-user support
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Understanding of Active Directory basics (accounts, passwords, access)
Ability to manage user access and permissions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and develop in IT support area
