Data Analyst

Salary: 500 - 900 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

Responsibilities you'll have

• Transform raw data (e.g., Excel spreadsheets) into structured data models (e.g., SQL databases)
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive reporting (e.g., PowerBI)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and high quality across reporting solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data insights
• Support documentation of data solutions and processes
• Provide ad-hoc analytical and project support as required

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence
• Strong SQL and Excel skills (including aggregations and basic data modelling)
• Good understanding of relational databases and ETL concepts
• Experience with PowerBI, including data modelling and visualization best practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and data quality
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
