IT Analyst (Data & Stakeholder Analysis)

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Analyst to support data analysis and stakeholder collaboration within technology projects.This role combines analytical, technical, and communication skills required to effectively support IT teams and senior management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather available data sources

• Organize analytical workshops (preparation of materials, inputs, and outcomes)

• Support solution design and collaborate with domain experts (SME)

• Assist in preparing cost case analyses

• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders

• Analyze data collected from systems, databases, spreadsheets, and external sources; cleanse and prepare data

• Perform exploratory data analysis, prepare visualizations, and formulate business insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT topics (software, hardware, networking, security)

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both IT teams and business stakeholders

• Experience in data analysis from diverse data sources

• Problem identification and solution proposal skills

• Excellent collaboration skills with diverse stakeholder groups

• High attention to detail and accuracy in working with data

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Windows)

• Understanding of business continuity management principles
