Project

The project aims to optimize and enhance Citrix and Ivanti solutions, focusing on improving system performance, security, and overall operational efficiency. Key initiatives include refining Active Directory policies, enhancing application packaging, and streamlining automation workflows to ensure seamless integration and greater reliability across the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) maintenance and management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Proficiency in Powershell scripting for automation and management
• Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager and Ivanti Security solutions
• Familiarity with software patching, security audits, and system monitoring
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide 3rd-line support
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities you'll have

• Work on dedicated tasks (work packages) such as documenting Active Directory policies and improving application packages
• Ensure the proper maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of CVAD infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Create, edit, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to ensure proper system configurations and security compliance
• Develop, edit, and maintain Powershell scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Ivanti systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance
• Offer 3rd-line support for advanced technical issues related to Citrix, Ivanti, and other systems, resolving complex problems efficiently
• Regularly update and patch software and operating systems to protect against known security threats
• Distribute software through trusted and secure channels to maintain integrity
• Implement strict access controls, ensuring only authorized personnel can access and deploy software
• Conduct regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and address them proactively
• Continuously monitor systems for signs of unauthorized access or anomalies, ensuring the security and stability of the infrastructure
• Maintain regular backups of critical systems and data to ensure recovery in case of incidents or system failures
