Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warsaw (2-3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on supporting Technology Architecture within a global organization, ensuring effective governance, planning, and reporting processes. The role contributes to optimizing operational workflows, enhancing stakeholder coordination, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the GBS environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Support the Technology Architecture team by handling administrative, coordination, and operational tasks

• Enable architects to focus on strategic and technical decision-making

• Act as a trusted support function across architecture governance processes

• Contribute to planning and reporting activities within the architecture domain

• Coordinate communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the GBS organisation

• Ensure smooth operational flow and alignment of architectural activities across teams

Expected competences and knowledge

• Solid understanding of the TOGAF architecture framework

• Advanced proficiency in JIRA, including strong command of JQL

• Data science / Business Intelligence skills, including dashboard creation and Gantt charting

• Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage tasks based on complex criteria

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams

Niece to have 

• Experience working with dispatching systems (ticket management)

• Advanced proficiency in Confluence, including integration with JIRA
