Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop tailored Salesforce solutions

• Optimize existing processes to enhance performance and adhere to platform limits

• Build and implement new features following best practices and coding standards

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developments

• Develop and enforce new coding standards to ensure quality and consistency

• Conduct code reviews to mentor team members and ensure code excellence

• Provide technical support and guidance within the team to foster continuous improvement

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development or related CRM projects

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ETL technologies

• Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM platform and development best practices

• Solid understanding of technical documentation and coding standards

• Experience in mentoring or code review processes

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Additional certifications in Salesforce or related technologies

• Experience with Java and Python

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative proficiency in Polish
