Job description

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Team Lead for a project supporting cloud initiatives, ensuring system stability, team coordination, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. 

The customer is a consulting company specializing in cloud-based solutions and CRM platforms, helping organizations design, implement, and scale digital systems. The company works on full-cycle projects, including architecture design, system integrations, and process optimization, with a strong focus on business outcomes such as automation and data-driven decision-making. The team operates in an international environment, collaborating across distributed teams and delivering scalable, enterprise-level solutions. 

The project is focused on enhancing Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) to support field operations and retail execution. It includes configuring and integrating solutions to improve planning, automation, data quality, and overall usability. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Designing and developing scalable solutions on Salesforce Platform with a focus on Life Sciences Cloud use cases.

  • Building custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio components such as guided interactions and digital processes.

  • Configuring and extending industry specific capabilities in Life Sciences Cloud, including custom objects, data model extensions, automation, security model, and user journeys.

  • Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, MDM, data platforms, engagement tools, or life sciences applications.

  • Translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

  • Collaborating with solution architects, business analysts, QA, admins, and client stakeholders.

  • Ensuring code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and release management.

  • Optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting production deployments.

  • Contributing technical documentation, estimation, and solution design discussions.

  • Supporting compliant solution delivery in regulated environments with awareness of healthcare or life sciences constraints such as auditability, security, and industry compliance expectations.

  • Applying Salesforce Life Sciences ecosystem standards, ensuring HIPAA ready and GxP compliant solutions.

Must-haves:  

  • Experience in Salesforce development for 5+ years.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce core platform: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL or SOSL, platform events, APIs and integrations, Flow and declarative automation, security model, sharing rules, profiles and permission sets.

  • Strong experience with OmniStudio, including hands on design and configuration using declarative tools.

  • Experience delivering solutions in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns: REST or SOAP APIs, middleware, external data exchange, authentication, and asynchronous processing.

  • Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or DevOps Center.

  • Ability to work independently in a senior engineering role, including mentoring other developers.

  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or strong experience in Health Cloud, Salesforce Industries, or Healthcare and Life Sciences implementations.

  • Experience in pharma, biotech, medtech, healthcare, or clinical or commercial operations.

  • Experience with Veeva CRM, IQVIA, or similar life sciences platforms and ecosystems.

  • Experience with OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and industry specific UX patterns.

  • Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences interoperability or regulated data environments.

  • Experience with migration or coexistence programs involving legacy CRM platforms or specialized life sciences systems.

  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and enterprise SDLC practices.

  • Salesforce certifications (preferred), such as Platform Developer I or II, JavaScript Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, Administrator or Advanced Administrator, or any relevant Industries, Health Cloud, or Architect credential.
