Senior Full-Stack Developer – Cloud Integration and Microservices

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days/week).

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, contributing your expertise to drive complex platform integrations and microservice solutions. You will play a critical role in aligning technical architecture with innovative projects, ensuring robust, high-performance systems that facilitate strategic growth and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Draft end-to-end technical designs for API solutions and microservice integration patterns within Azure.
• Take ownership of full-cycle development, building secure and low-latency backend communication paths.
• Manage technical integrations with platforms like Highspot and Pendo using Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Optimize Python code, refactor or rewrite features as necessary to enhance performance.
• Participate in design reviews, presenting solutions and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate on future migration plans, supporting the transition of Pendo to GCP environments if needed.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud development, especially with Azure.
• Strong expertise in Python, Java, or .NET.
• Deep understanding of API design and microservice architectures, especially within CRM contexts.
• Proficiency in using Application Insights for monitoring and debugging.
• Proven experience working across different platforms and languages, demonstrating agility and adaptability.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Prior involvement with Highspot, Pendo, or MS Dynamics integrations.

• Fluent English command.
