Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, automation and development of our hybrid infrastructure — including on‑prem servers, Microsoft cloud services, application support and advanced network environments. You will work end‑to‑end across architecture, engineering and operations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable and automated solutions.
What you will do:
- Maintain, optimize and develop hybrid infrastructure (on‑prem servers, cloud environments, networks and application platforms).
- Provide advanced support for key business applications, ensuring stability and efficient operations.
- Manage and configure network devices, firewalls and connections in an end‑to‑end model.
- Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft Azure PaaS and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Automate operational processes using PowerShell and Bash scripting.
- Ensure high standards of security and compliance (MFA, Conditional Access, cloud and on‑prem security).
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering and operations teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Why you?
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role (infrastructure, cloud, operations or engineering).
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Intune, M365 admin portals.
- Very good understanding of Microsoft 365 security principles (MFA, Conditional Access).
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Graph, including Graph Explorer.
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server (on‑prem) and Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
- Experience in designing applications based on Azure PaaS.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell (automation end‑to‑end) and basic Bash for Unix environments.
- Experience with Jira.
- English at B2 level.
- Soft skills: ability to work under time pressure, teamwork orientation, strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with DevOps practices across full stack (databases, services, code, deployment, monitoring) — ideally in Azure.
