Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 2 days remote per week).

As a Senior Atlassian Support Engineer – Data Centre & On-Premise Solutions, you will be working for our client, a leader in optimizing enterprise collaboration platforms. You will play a pivotal role in supporting large organizations to maintain and enhance their Atlassian environments, driving operational excellence and innovative workflows. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your technical expertise while contributing to impactful projects.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Jira Data Centre and Confluence Data Centre environments.
  • Administer Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Crowd) for large-scale instances with more than 5,000 users.
  • Support Jira Service Management and implement plugins to improve system capabilities.
  • Manage on-premise Atlassian architecture, including restarting instances and handling virtual machines.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and user guides for technical processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and communicate effectively in English.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize IT support workflows and ensure platform stability.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or Atlassian administration.
  • Proven expertise with Jira and Confluence Data Centre (at least 2 years).
  • Hands-on experience managing large Atlassian instances.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian plugins and integrations.
  • Strong documentation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills using Python or Linux are a plus.
  • Fluent English (excellent communication skills).

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Experience with Atlassian on-premise architecture (VM management, instance restarts).
  • Additional certifications related to Atlassian products.
