Google Cloud Platform Support Engineer - Regular

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid: 2 times a month from the Warsaw office)

Planned Start: March / April 

💼 Responsibilities:

• HLD Creation Support: Advising, designing, and creating high-level designs (HLD) for systems being migrated to or deployed in the public cloud.

• IT Ticket Handling: Responding to IT user requests and providing technical support.

• PoC Execution: Supporting and conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) tests for cloud solutions.

• IT User Education: Conducting training sessions and workshops on public cloud operations.

• System Deployment Support: Assisting end users in the process of deploying systems to the cloud, with a special focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

  
  

☑️ Requirements:

• Terraform Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with Terraform (mandatory).

• Cloud Solutions Knowledge: Practical ability to work with Google Cloud services.

• Design Standards: Knowledge of availability and maintenance standards for public solutions according to Cloud Standards documentation.

• Cloud Services & Integration: Knowledge of available public cloud services and the ability to integrate them with on-premises environments, especially at the network and functional layers.

• DevOps Tools Knowledge: Practical knowledge of tools used to automate the creation, configuration of environments, and application deployment (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Terraform).

• Basic DevOps Concepts: Knowledge of DevOps practices and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

• Communication Skills: Fluency in Polish and English, allowing for seamless communication.

• Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively both in a group and independently, as well as an openness to new technologies and quick learning.

  
  

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Terragrunt.

• Holding certifications confirming titles earned in the Google ecosystem (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, Professional Data Engineer).

• Knowledge of technologies/tools: Artifactory, Nessus, Prometheus, API, Packer.
