AI Engineer with Langflow

Together with SPECTR, we are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with expertise in Langflow to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven workflows, integrating cutting-edge LLM technologies to enhance automation and decision-making across industries like retail, finance, healthcare, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI driven processes using Langflow to solve complex business problems;
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into client systems;
• Ensure AI models are effectively employed to meet performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements;
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge;
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering, with a strong focus on developing and deploying AI models;
• Proficiency in Langflow and experience with other AI frameworks and tools;
• Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code for AI and machine learning applications;
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design principles;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience working in industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, HR, finance, education, or healthcare is a plus.
