What does it take to be successful during the recruitment process:
- at least 4 years of experience in the IT industry in the field of software / solution development and integration
- at least 2 years of experience in developing and deploying AI-based solutions
- have a data science background
- knowledge of modern LLMs, their pros and cons, limitations, quirks (GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini)
- knowledge of HuggingFace open models to be deployed and trained locally
- ability to organize data to train and validate ML-based model
- good grasp of Python and related AI libraries/tools/frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, LangChain, PydanticAI, SmolAgents, Agno, Swarm, CrewAI)
- knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI and their appliances
- experience in prompt engineering and fine tuning
- ability to train, test and deliver AI agents and integrations
- very good analytical and problem-solving skills to break down client’s requirements into actionable tasks
- interest in neural networks, regression models, support vector machines, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning
- knowledge of concepts and methodologies used in software development, understanding of IT architecture and AI integration with backend and frontend applications.
- understanding of security, compliance and performance aspects of modern IT applications and contexts
- experience in optimizing LLM’s inference (quantization, distillation, caching)
- understanding of MLOps (model deployment, monitoring, scaling)
- knowledge of AWS cloud solutions (Bedrock, Transcribe, SageMaker)
- proven history of successfully working with clients
- ability to reliably estimate the time effort required to deliver a solution
- professional fluency in English (at least B2)

Our recruitment process:
1. Interview💻

During this 90-120 minutes online meeting, we'll provide more context about the role you applied for and about standards we follow in Apzumi.
