We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to lead and support large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementations across Europe. If you're a skilled expert in Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor, fluent in German and English, and passionate about delivering best-in-class HR solutions — we want to hear from you!

💡 Your Role

As a senior consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering successful Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a particular focus on projects in the German market. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique HR challenges and design tailored configurations to meet their needs.

✅ What You’ll Bring

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
2. Proven success in leading 2–3+ full lifecycle implementations, ideally across diverse European geographies.
3. Deep configuration expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
4. Strong understanding of German labor laws, HR processes, and payroll requirements.
5. Fluent German (C1/C2) and proficient English – both written and verbal.
6. Solid experience in data migration, integrations, and reporting using Oracle Cloud HCM.
7. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
9. Willingness to travel across Europe, based on project needs.
