Senior Scrum Master

Right now, we’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will bring structure, rhythm, and momentum to a multi-squad environment and help shape a delivery-first culture across the hub.

About the Role

You will work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager and Product Owner to support four Scrum teams (around 25 people in total), each focused on different business domains within analytics, platform and data. Your role is both strategic and hands-on: you bring clarity, drive accountability, facilitate collaboration, and push delivery forward.

This is not just about running ceremonies — it’s about making them matter. You’ll own the sprint structure, nurture the team dynamic, and keep everyone aligned, supported and focused on outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

Scrum & Delivery Leadership

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies across 4 cross-functional teams

• Drive sprints end-to-end, ensuring structure, accountability and delivery outcomes

• Assist with backlog refinement and roadmap alignment in collaboration with squad leads, PM and PO

• Support Agile adoption across regions (AME & APAC)

Jira Ownership & Reporting

• Oversee tickets in Jira — quality, estimation, duration and progress

• Manage Jira boards and help distribute tasks across team members

• Monitor and report on sprint velocity, story point completion and bug resolution

• Support MBR reporting, KPIs, and delivery dashboards

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the PM and PO to manage dependencies and drive product vision

• Support change management and risk management activities

• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on progress, blockers and priorities

• Provide guidance and structure in a complex, global and technical setup

Team Culture & Engagement

• Organize retros, fun sessions and knowledge transfer activities

• Coach teams to stay focused, motivated and collaborative

• Maintain team spirit while applying a delivery-first, pragmatic approach

• Act as a facilitator, motivator and trusted advisor

Your Profile

You bring the right mix of mindset, experience and drive:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in enterprise or multi-team environments)

• Hands-on background in at least one of the following: data, analytics or platform

• Strong Agile and Scrum fundamentals, with experience leading multiple teams

• Proven track record in driving delivery and managing complex dependencies

• Experience working in distributed or multicultural team setups

• Excellent stakeholder communication and organization skills

• Comfortable with Jira, Confluence and sprint reporting

• Independent, self-organized and pragmatic — you get things done

• Pushy but caring: you know when to challenge and when to support

• Mature facilitator with a solution-oriented mindset

• Fluent in English
