Friendly offer

We are a team of tech enthusiasts on a mission to bring together the best minds in IT services and analytics. Our goal? To create cutting-edge IT and Analytical Hubs that empower our partners to become truly data-driven organizations.

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable business value?

Join hubQuest and become part of a global analytics team driving large-scale digital transformation across all business domains. As part of this broader transformation, we are looking for a self-driven and communicative Analytics Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of data products specifically within the procurement and supply chain areas.

About the Role

As an Analytics Project Manager, you will play a key role in both deploying and developing analytics products that support smarter, faster decision-making in procurement and supply chain. You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data experts, and product managers—aligning strategy with execution, gathering requirements, ensuring adoption, and refining the product experience based on real-world feedback.

You’ll work in an international environment as part of a diverse, cross-functional team of data scientists, ML and software engineers, business analysts, UX designers, BI developers and many more. Your focus will include topics such as spend classification, transport optimization, warehouse analytics, sustainable sourcing, and stock inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities

Product Deployment & Rollout

  • Coordinate cross-country rollouts of analytics products (change management, comms, training).

  • Engage local stakeholders and users to align business needs with product capabilities.

  • Monitor product adoption and performance, and optimize based on user feedback.

  • Lead deployment documentation and support creation of onboarding materials.

Product Development Support

  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements and prioritize the backlog.

  • Contribute to the long-term product vision and roadmap in collaboration with Product Owners.

  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and UX/UI teams in an agile environment.

  • Ensure stakeholder feedback loops are in place to continuously refine and evolve the solution.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product/project/analytics roles (e.g., product manager, delivery manager, implementation lead).

  • A solid track record of leading deployments of analytical or technical products in complex environments.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience (especially in distributed teams).

  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working (backlog management, iterative delivery, user stories).

  • Understanding of the full data lifecycle — from data collection to insight and impact.

  • Working knowledge of SQL (ability to write and understand basic-to-intermediate queries).

  • Experience in analytics-heavy domains such as procurement or supply chain.

Even better if you also bring:

  • Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Azure).

  • Experience working with CI/CD and large development teams.

  • Hands-on familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Background in FMCG or global commerce environments.

About the Global Analytics Hub (Client Environment)

You'll be embedded within a global team of Data Scientists, ML and Software Engineers, MLOps Engineers, BI Experts, and UX Designers spanning three continents. The team’s mission is to build cutting-edge analytics products that transform operations and support data-driven decision-making across all business domains. Within this broader transformation, your role will focus on delivering maximum business value in procurement and supply chain.

Why Join hubQuest?

  • Meaningful, high-impact work with a real-world business focus.

  • Autonomy and ownership within a flat, collaborative team structure.

  • Flexible remote or hybrid working model.

  • Modern office in Warsaw with great transport links.

  • Private medical care, Multisport card, and access to online learning platforms.

  • Friendly, supportive, and relaxed work culture—no corporate red tape.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're eager to shape the future of data-driven decision-making in procurement and supply chain—and thrive at the intersection of analytics, business, and technology—we’d love to hear from you.
