PMO / Project Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a global FMCG leader, for a Comms & Deployment Manager to join the Genesis programme – a major AI-driven marketing transformation initiative. This role is critical in scaling the platform across markets and ensuring smooth communication, training, and deployment processes.

About the Role

You will be part of a global team driving the adoption and deployment of Genesis solutions across multiple markets. You will act as the key point of contact for internal comms, stakeholder engagement, and deployment coordination. The role requires close collaboration with product teams, corporate comms, and learning functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the Genesis Comms Toolkit (key messages, walking deck, etc.)

• Create and distribute communications (e.g., release notes, newsletters, launch articles) across markets

• Manage internal comms channels (SharePoint, email)

• Coordinate updates to training materials with internal and external partners

• Manage deployment calendar and lead global deployment activities

• Identify and onboard super users

• Organise leadership engagement (1:1s, prep sessions)

• Maintain the Genesis Deployment Playbook (approach and assets)

• Manage stakeholder tracker and super user lists

• Oversee user access and permissions

• Act as the main point of contact for Corporate Comms and the Marketing Learning Academy

• Act as Deployment Lead for new market launches

Key Skills and Experience

Deployment:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in global or enterprise-scale rollouts

• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Strong analytical and organisational skills

• Experience managing stakeholders across various levels and markets

Communications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in preparing and delivering internal communications and training

• Confident engaging with senior leadership

• Able to manage multiple priorities and timelines

Nice to Have

• Experience in large-scale marketing or digital transformation programmes

• Previous work in international environments

• Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
