About the Role: As a Senior Linux System Administrator in our Managed Service Platform Operations (MSPO) team, you will manage, automate, and optimize our server platforms (bare metal and virtualized), ensuring high-quality service delivery for cloud and hosting services. You’ll work hands-on, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve our platforms through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of managed service platforms.

• Administer Linux servers globally.

• On-call support as a 3rd-level agent for customer tickets (max one week per month).

• Automate recurring tasks using Bash, Perl, Python, and Ansible.

• Troubleshoot Linux systems, Apache servers, and MySQL databases.

• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

• Maintain documentation and follow best practices.

Requirements:

• Advanced Linux system administration skills.

• Experience in Bash, Perl, or Python scripting.

• Troubleshooting experience with Linux, Apache, and MySQL.

• Experience with Ansible automation.

• Familiarity with ticketing and collaboration tools (OTRS, Jira, Confluence).

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
