Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting .NET based applications. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

 

L2 Support Capabilities – Must-Have

• Experience troubleshooting scanning errors and scanner hardware/software

• Familiarity with Kofax scanning systems (preferred but not mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing systems

• Strong customer service skills — ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users

• Ability to troubleshoot .NET-based applications (e.g., reading logs, identifying issues, escalating when needed)

 

.NET & SQL Knowledge – For Troubleshooting

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in .NET and SQL

• Should be comfortable navigating and debugging:   

  • ASP.NET (C#), .NET Framework 4.0/3.5

  • MVC 4, WCF, Web Services

  • MS SQL Server 2012/2016

  • JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery

  • Visual Studio 2017/2019, Git/GitLab
