Your new role
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our IT infrastructure team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in one or more core infrastructure domains, including networking, identity & access, or datacentre services.
The position will be tailored during the recruitment process based on your individual area of expertise. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and support mission-critical services while collaborating with architecture, operations, and application teams. Our goal is to build secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure that aligns with business objectives and complies with modern regulatory standards.
Main responsibilities may include
Design and development of infrastructure services aligned with enterprise architecture and security controls
3rd line support for complex incidents and problem resolution
Roadmap development and lifecycle management across infrastructure domains
Collaboration with external service providers and vendors on operational excellence and issue resolution
Documentation and knowledge-sharing across teams
Participation in infrastructure projects and transformation initiatives
On-call support as part of a rotation for critical services
Compliance with frameworks such as NIS2, GxP, GDPR, and CIS controls
Potential areas of technical focus
Network Services: LAN/WAN, firewalls, segmentation, VPN, wireless, and routing
Identity & Directory Services: Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM/PAM, DNS, PKI, automation workflows
Datacentre & Virtualization: VMware, HPE infrastructure, storage solutions, hybrid cloud, backup/recovery
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one relevant domain: networking, identity, datacentre infrastructure
Hands-on experience in enterprise or hybrid environments
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including log and telemetry analysis
Experience with regulatory compliance in IT environments
Excellent communication skills in English
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, Cisco, VMware, ITIL) are an advantage
