C#/.NET FullStack Developer (German-speaking) Type: Full-time Location: Remote  Start Date: ASAP

 Who We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking a skilled FullStack Developer with strong experience in C#/.NET and a communicative level of German. You’ll join our Payroll Development team to build and maintain scalable, high-impact solutions used by thousands of users worldwide. 

Please note that German language proficiency is a mandatory requirement in order to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process. This is essential as the project is carried out for a client based in Germany.

 Key Responsibilities 

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing, and support 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment 

• Contribute to backend development and cloud-based enterprise applications 

• Apply design patterns, write unit tests, and optimize performance 

 Tech Stack & Skills 

Must-Have: 

• Solid experience with C# and .NET 

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases 

• Object-Oriented Programming (C# / Java) 

• Experience in enterprise software development 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently 

• Fluent German (spoken and written) MUST HAVE

• Agile development experience 

Nice-to-Have: 

• Experience with Payroll systems or HCM applications 

• Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka 

• Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS3, JSON, WCF) 

• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) 

• Experience with fintech or payments software
