Qualifications

As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will:

• Support in managing international IT projects;
• Lead project planning sessions;
• Co-supervise and coordinate project teams;
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required;
• Schedule and prioritise tasks in projects;
• Ensure projects meet deadlines;
• Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders;
• Create detailed reports for stakeholders;
• Conduct project review and keep project documentation up-to-date;
• Be responsible for delivering quality solutions on time, according to budget and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Studies related to management/software development engineering;
• Previous experience in project management is a must have;
• Polish native;
• English level min. C1;
• Good understanding of IT industry;
• Ability to work under time pressure;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Relationship building skills;
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
• Ability to work from the office for 6 months.
