As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will:
- Support in managing international IT projects;
- Lead聽project planning sessions;
- Co-supervise and coordinate project teams;
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required;
- Schedule and prioritise tasks in projects;
- Ensure projects meet deadlines;
- Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders;
- Create detailed reports for stakeholders;
- Conduct project review and keep project documentation up-to-date;
- Be responsible for delivering quality solutions on time, according to budget and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Studies related to management/software development engineering;
- Previous experience in project management is a must have;
- Polish native;
- English level min. C1;
- Good understanding of IT industry;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Relationship building skills;
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
- Ability to work from the office for 6 months.
