About the Role:

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital product architecture: Design scalable and secure software architectures that align with client needs and industry best practices.

• Transform high level ideas into requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints and actionable plans. Break down requirements into implementable pieces of work.

• Engage stakeholders: Foster clear communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and advocate for improvements.

• Mitigate risks: Identify edge cases, potential risks and proactively implement strategies to address challenges effectively.
  

What We’re Looking For:

Your experience:

• A minimum of 4 years leading digital transformation initiatives and designing solution architectures.

• Hands-on experience with customer-facing digital products, preferably in mobile, e-commerce, or similar domains.

• Experience working with business stakeholders and the ability to navigate organizational and product-related nuances.

• Experience as a senior developer is nice to have.

Your skills:

• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient technical architectures.

• Adept at solving complex technical problems and navigating cross-functional challenges.

• Experience translating business needs into detailed, actionable technical designs.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Capability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.

• Fluency in both English (C1-C2) and Polish.
