Solution Architect

For the pharmaceutical company we're looking for an experienced Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve scalable, secure, and cloud-native solution architectures aligned with business and enterprise standards

• Lead the technical design and integration of backend services built with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic within distributed systems environments

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, DevOps, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions

• Define and promote best practices related to containerization, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and deployment strategies using Docker, GitLab, and EKS

• Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and maintainability through architectural governance, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Software Engineer in enterprise software development environments

• Strong hands-on experience with Python backend technologies, including FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic

• Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Kubernetes platforms, preferably AWS EKS

• Solid understanding of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices using Docker and GitLab

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and Agile teams
