Job description

About the Role: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery of ServiceNow implementations aligned with client requirements and industry best practices. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions. 
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM). 
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and application development. 
  • Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines. 
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration. 
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the platform. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives. 
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates, enhancements, and emerging trends. 


Qualifications: 

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and technical leadership. 
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and custom application development. 
  • Proven track record of leading teams in delivering complex ServiceNow implementations. 
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub). 
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and alignment with ITSM processes. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed technical decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor teams effectively. 
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Application Developer are highly preferred. 


Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
