About the ClientWe are partnering with a highly successful, VC-backed tech company headquartered in Silicon Valley. Founded by seasoned executives from top-tier global tech giants, their flagship B2C mobile application has reached a massive global scale with hundreds of millions of downloads worldwide.

Currently, they are heavily investing in their rapidly growing, new product: an innovative mobile connectivity platform (eSIM) designed for global travelers. We are looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager to join their globally distributed team (mainly based in Poland and Singapore) and take full ownership of this new app's growth trajectory.

About the RoleAs a Growth Product Manager, you will be at the intersection of product, growth, and user experience. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end user journey for the eSIM platform, focusing heavily on activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role operating in an "all-cash" compensation model—offering a highly competitive guaranteed base salary without the wait for equity vesting.

What you will do:

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end user journey, driving acquisition, activation, and long-term retention for the mobile app.

  • Define and execute the product roadmap based on user insights, market research, and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to scale acquisition strategies and run A/B tests (pricing, onboarding, UX).

  • Develop in-product growth loops and referral mechanics.

  • Monitor and move the needle on key metrics: LTV, ARPU, CAC, ROAS, and churn.

  • Lead cross-functional execution across time zones (Europe & Asia).

What we are looking for (Must-haves):

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within mobile apps (B2C) and growth-focused roles.

  • Proven track record of scaling consumer mobile products, optimizing funnels, and improving conversion rates.

  • Strong analytical skills and a highly data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools like JIRA, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or above) and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience with telecom, eSIM, or subscription-based B2C mobile apps (e.g., travel, fitness, dating apps).

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and running SQL queries.
