About the Role:
As a Packaging Content Operations Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. In this role, you will help update packaging to reflect the new healthcare company brand.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the production and execution of artwork and small-scale design adaptation for projects simple to moderate in scope (packaging design updates, labeling, artwork specs, etc.)
- Adhering to packaging guidelines to ensure artwork consistency and design content accuracy
- Assisting in pulling artwork, redlines and documentation of changes as required by the business
- Data entry of packaging projects to Loftware Smartflow to initiate work with vendors
- Managing artwork routing and timelines to effectively deliver updated artwork per deadlines
- Adapting and working well with defined approaches, systems and processes
- Building and maintaining key relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with two (2) years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry
- OR - High School Diploma with two (2) years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry
- Experience in design, art production or graphic arts related field
- Knowledge of FDA regulation and uniform packaging laws and regulations
- Knowledge of healthcare packaging industry
- Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
- Proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adaptable to work in a variety of systems and tools as needed
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Proficiency in English
