Enterprise Architect
Location: hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the Wrocław office
Salary: 160 PLN/h- B2B
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to define and drive our long‑term technology strategy and ensure alignment between business goals and IT capabilities. In this role, you will provide architectural leadership, set enterprise standards, and guide major transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture roadmap across business, data, application, and technology domains.
Translate business strategy into target-state architectures, principles, and standards.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies for business value.
Govern architectural decisions through standards, policies, and Architecture Review Boards.
Ensure solution designs align with enterprise guidelines, security best practices, and strategic direction.
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define capability needs and guide investment decisions.
Support delivery teams with architectural guidance, integration patterns, and cloud-native approaches.
Identify technology risks and define mitigation strategies related to security, resilience, and compliance.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, or Solution Architecture.
Proven track record designing and governing complex enterprise-scale systems.
Strong knowledge of EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Broad expertise across:
Business Architecture (capabilities, processes)
Data Architecture (governance, MDM, analytics platforms)
Application Architecture (APIs, microservices, integration)
Technology Architecture (cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
Experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong understanding of integration technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise security.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate business needs.
Nice to Have:
Certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or cloud architect certifications.
Experience with large-scale transformation programs (ERP, cloud modernization, platform consolidation).
Background in public sector or regulated environments.
Familiarity with agile and product-centric delivery models
