Principal Enterprise Architect

BlueSoft is an innovative software house belonging to the Orange Group. We were established in 2002 and currently, about 1000 engineers work with us! We have extensive experience in various industries. Our clients include companies from the financial, pharmaceutical, retail, banking, transport, and logistics sectors. From simple support to complex digital transformations – we effectively address technical and business needs by using almost 200 advanced technologies.

Responsibilities:

• act as a strategic technology advisor to executive leadership and key stakeholders;

• provide architectural and strategic guidance for a high-priority, business-critical project;

• define and recommend IT architecture directions aligned with business strategy;

• review existing solutions and propose target-state architectures and transformation scenarios;

• support C-level decision-making with clear, well-structured technical and business recommendations;

• collaborate with technical teams, business representatives, and external partners;

• participate in key executive meetings and strategic workshops;

• ensure architectural coherence and quality of major technology decisions.

Requirements:

• proven experience as a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect / Senior Technology Consultant;

• strong background in enterprise-level architecture design (end-to-end, beyond single systems);

• ability to work closely with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders;

• strong capability to translate business strategy into technology and architectural decisions;

• experience working on high-impact, business-critical or transformation projects;

• high level of independence, ownership, and decision-making maturity;

• excellent command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory;

• very good command of Polish (spoken and written) – mandatory;

• experience in consulting or advisory roles is a strong asset;

• availability to work in a part-time setup (e.g. 0.5 FTE) is welcome.
