We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Team Lead to join our international project teams. In this role, you will support and lead Insurance platform implementation and enhancement projects for global clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective collaboration, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for communication with onsite coordinators and customer representatives.

• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and provide regular status updates to the Lead, Manager, and onsite teams.

• Support customer meetings and travel to client locations when required.

• Build and maintain a high‑quality work culture within the team.

• Oversee performance management activities for direct reporters in alignment with organizational policies.

• Foster teamwork, lead by example, and create an environment that encourages continuous learning.

• Train, mentor, and guide project resources to ensure effective delivery.

• Contribute to organization‑wide people initiatives and engagement programs.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 5+ years of experience in end‑to‑end implementation of Insurance solutions as a Business Analyst.

• Hands‑on experience providing services within a team supporting Insurance platforms.

• Strong ability to gather business requirements (product configurations, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) and translate them into tailored system configurations.

•  

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Experience working with Guidewire.

• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to prepare BRD, TSD, and FSD documents.

• Ability to act as a Module Lead and guide both Development and Functional teams.

• Capability to act as a liaison between clients and development teams, translating business needs into technical language.

• Analytical skills to identify and resolve root causes of issues reported during testing phases.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience managing clients and stakeholders in complex delivery environments.
