We are looking for an Expert IT Analyst with strong experience in Application Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join an ongoing initiative that is part of a larger organizational program.

The role focuses on supporting the review and improvement of application security and user access management practices across business applications. You will work closely with both Business and IT stakeholders, helping to ensure that newly designed IAM processes are well understood, documented, and effectively adopted across the organization.

You will join an established team responsible for stakeholder engagement, documentation analysis, and supporting IAM-related process improvements. The position requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate complex environments involving multiple applications and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to align on project objectives and initiate project activities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather required documentation and information for project deliverables

• Analyze collected documentation and perform quality checks to identify gaps or areas requiring further clarification

• Analyze application access management processes and identify potential violations or inconsistencies

• Collaborate with Application Owners and IAM/RACF subject matter experts to assess findings and propose mitigation actions

• Support the identification and remediation of access-related violations

• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities between stakeholders

• Support prioritization of project activities and assist in managing scope changes

• Identify risks related to application access management and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, information security, application management, or related analytical roles

• Proven experience working as an IT Analyst, Information Security Specialist, Application Owner, or Application Manager, preferably within Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cyber security initiatives

• Good understanding of applications, transactions, and user access management

• Strong analytical and documentation review skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Self-driven and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in complex environments

• Very good command of English (oral and written)
