For our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Partnering with the Data Team and Project/Product Managers to coordinate and manage business requirements for solutions delivered within the VRC organization

• Structuring and clarifying the broader business context behind ongoing initiatives

• Maintaining knowledge continuity across projects and ensuring key insights are preserved and accessible

• Eliciting, organizing, and documenting business requirements in a clear and structured way

• Converting business expectations into precise, actionable inputs for technical teams

• Bringing order to complex or fragmented information environments

• Enhancing the effectiveness of communication between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Contributing to informed decision-making by aligning initiatives with defined business objectives and expected results

Requirements – MUST HAVE:

• SQL - strong, practical knowledge

• Experience working with ERP and/or HR systems
