Junior Application Support Specialist

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day support for databases and web applications

  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve user requests and incidents

  • Recommend solutions and improvements to optimize application performance and user experience

  • Collaborate with the development team on escalated cases

  • Take part in IT projects, including internal initiatives


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with Oracle SQL

  • Basic knowledge of Java

  • English at B2 level or higher

  • Familiarity with any ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow)

  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies


Nice to have:

  • Previous IT-related experience

  • Knowledge of JavaScript

  • Experience with Git

  • Familiarity with Jira
