We are looking for Lead Quality Assurance Analyst for our client from automotive industry.
The Lead Quality Assurance Analyst would be responsible for mentoring and training, status reporting and workload balancing. The Lead QAA is required to coordinate with other RAPID RTC departments and 3rd party partners, providing estimates and target dates. The Lead QAA will identify areas of improvement and recommend process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating process documents and workflow efficiencies
• Eliminate roadblocks to team's successful completion of items
• Primary point of contact for all QA work (team-specific status)
• Provide leadership required to mentor, motivate and develop team to complete work items effectively and to groom them for advancement
• Communicate with clients and work with third party companies in a professional manner when necessary
• Follow project plan created by PMO
• Identifying and documenting QA process improvements
• Review and evaluate test scripts and plans
• Create and maintain work schedules
• Work closely with the management team in planning, scheduling and assigning tasks to the QA team
• Any and all other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
• Strong background as a Senior/Lead QA Analyst in a tech environment
• Experience leading and coaching teams
• Strong background working with the following technologies - Appium, Cypress, Postman, RestAssured, Selenium, JMeterJira and Confluence
