We are currently seeking a Solution Director to lead high-value, complex solution engagements. This is a customer-facing role focused on building credibility and trust with clients while delivering integrated, profitable, and deliverable solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to shape and present compelling solutions aligned with client needs and Atos’ strategic offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Focus
Engage with clients to understand their business priorities and translate them into solution requirements.
Present solutions in a compelling and value-driven manner to senior stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and Atos’ portfolio capabilities.
Solution Leadership
Define and lead cross-functional solution teams to deliver end-to-end integrated solutions.
Validate solution accuracy through customer-specific data collection and due diligence.
Develop solution cost models in line with commercial standards.
Support transition and transformation (T&T) efforts and ensure successful implementation.
Bid Operations
Apply Atos bidding processes and manage internal approvals.
Collaborate with delivery units during the bid phase to ensure feasibility and innovation.
Identify and mitigate risks through strategic planning and documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in Solution Management or Solution Architecture, particularly in presales and solution design.
Strong background in ITSM, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, and Digital solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex solution sales and customer engagements.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills (operational to CxO level).
Experience in leading end-to-end solution development and delivery.
