You will become a part of the delivery team for one of our key Customers in the Airspace Industry, dealing with Air Traffic Management, Flight planning and Air Traffic Control capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Kibana dashboards tailored for IT operations, focusing on monitoring, alerting, and analyzing the performance and health of platforms and applications.
- Support the seamless integration of log data and metrics from various sources into Elasticsearch, facilitating accurate and efficient data visualization in Kibana.
- Configure and maintain alerting rules within Kibana to notify IT operations teams of potential issues, anomalies, or thresholds breaches.
- Continuously optimize the performance of Kibana dashboards, ensuring rapid data retrieval and visualization.
- Work with IT operations, QA, and developer teams to understand their monitoring and data visualization needs.
- Provide training and ongoing support to IT operations teams, empowering them to effectively create and use Kibana dashboards for monitoring and analysis.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed dashboards, including configuration guidelines, usage instructions, and troubleshooting tips.
- Participate in incident response activities as needed, leveraging Kibana dashboards for rapid issue identification and resolution.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in Kibana and Elasticsearch, implementing enhancements and upgrades as necessary.
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in developing Kibana dashboards and canvases, with a focus on IT operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Kibana, Elasticsearch, and the Elastic stack about Elastic Observability.
- Proficiency in relevant query languages like Elastic Query DSL, KQL, SQL.
- Experience with log shipping and data ingestion tools like Filebeat and Logstash.
- Familiarity with IT operations, system administration, and application monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) is an advantage.
- Experience with Linux based operating systems, cloud services (Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift), foundation of microservice architectures is an advantage.
- Experience with similar tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, PowerBI) is a plus.
